Sharado Watson

Having joined Underwoods Solicitors in 2023 as a solicitor in our Property Department, Sharado acts on a diverse range of residential and commercial property transactions.

Sharado has gained extensive and varied experience in dealing with residential property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests in land, unregistered property acquisitions, acting on behalf of tenants in leasehold matters, including lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and advising on section 5a and 5b notices pertaining to tenants’ rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Sharado also advises on commercial acquisitions, lettings, new build acquisitions of residential property and property finance.

Sharado completed the Legal Practice Course and holds a Masters in Science in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law (London Moorgate).
